In-Home Support & Daily Living
Real support, in your home, on your terms.
Home is where you should feel most comfortable and most in control. Our in-home support is designed to help you with the everyday tasks that keep life running smoothly, without taking over or making you feel like a guest in your own space.
Whether you need a little help each day or more regular hands-on support, we work around your routine, your preferences, and your goals.
Services
Personal Care
Personal care is one of the most intimate forms of support we provide, and we take that seriously. Our support workers approach every interaction with dignity, respect, and a genuine understanding of how important it is to feel comfortable with the people helping you.
Personal care covers assistance with showering and bathing, grooming and hygiene, dressing and undressing, toileting and continence support, skincare, and any other personal care tasks that are part of your daily routine. We tailor our approach to your preferences and always follow your lead.
Yes, absolutely. We understand that personal care can feel vulnerable and we do our best to match you with a support worker you feel comfortable with. If you have a preference for a male or female support worker, let us know when you get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate that.
We take time to get to know every participant before we start. We’ll talk through your preferences, your routine, and anything that’s important to you so that your support worker arrives prepared and you feel at ease from the very first visit.

Household Tasks & Home Support
A clean, organised home makes a real difference to how you feel day to day. We help with the household tasks that keep your home running the way you like it, so you can spend your energy on the things that matter most to you.
We can assist with cleaning and tidying, laundry and ironing, changing bed linen, washing up, vacuuming, mopping, and general household organisation. We work to your standard and your preferences, not ours.
Yes. We can assist with planning meals, grocery shopping, preparing and cooking meals, and cleaning up afterwards. If you have specific dietary requirements or preferences, just let us know and we’ll make sure your meals are prepared accordingly.
Yes. We can accompany you on shopping trips or run errands on your behalf, depending on what works best for you. This can include grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and other everyday tasks that help keep your life running smoothly.
Services
Overnight & Sleepover Support
For participants who need support or reassurance through the night, our overnight and sleepover support provides a calm, reliable presence so you and your family can rest easy. Whether it’s active overnight support or simply having someone available if needed, we’re here.
Active overnight support means your support worker is awake and available to assist throughout the night. A sleepover means your support worker is present in the home and available to assist if needed, but is able to sleep between any required supports. The right option depends on your level of need and what’s funded in your NDIS plan.
Overnight support is suitable for participants who require assistance during the night, have complex care needs, experience anxiety or distress at night, or whose family or carers need a break from providing overnight care. It can also be part of a short-term arrangement while a longer-term plan is developed.
Overnight support is typically funded under Core Supports in your NDIS plan. If you’re unsure whether you have this funding available, speak with your support coordinator or contact our team and we’ll help you understand your options.
Services
Medication & Health Support
Managing medications and health routines at home can be complex. Our support workers are trained to assist with medication management and health-related daily tasks, working alongside your healthcare team to make sure nothing gets missed and you always feel safe and well supported.
We can assist with prompting and administering medications as prescribed, managing medication schedules, monitoring for side effects, and communicating with your healthcare team as needed. All medication support is carried out by appropriately trained staff in line with your care plan.
Yes. We can support participants with a range of health-related daily tasks including wound care dressings, monitoring vital signs, managing health equipment, and supporting the recommendations of allied health professionals such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
We work closely with your GP, specialists, and allied health team to make sure your support at home is consistent with your broader health and care plan. Good communication between your care team makes a real difference to your outcomes, and we take that seriously.
